High-asset divorce probably for two Hollywood celebs

Protecting your assets during a divorce is likely to be one of the first things on your mind, especially if you didn't have a prenuptial agreement with your spouse. Texas residents who have many assets may be the first to want to protect them, since they have much more to lose than the average person, and with some help, you may be able to protect assets that were yours to begin with. The same can probably be said for Hollywood celebrities and reality TV personalities. According to news from Oct. 8, a rumored split between Kris Jenner and Bruce Jenner has been confirmed.

If you've been following the couple's ups and downs while watching Keeping Up With the Kardashians, you probably know that there is a lot of money at stake during this divorce. What's worse is that neither of the two in the couple had thought to get a prenuptial agreement, so they could be fighting over part of a $125 million fortune. Part of those earnings allegedly come from the TV show, but other earnings were from Bruce Jenners' endorsement deals from the past.

With so much at stake, it might be that the two will publicly battle it out over their high-asset divorce. Neither of the pair has mentioned anything about the assets involved, but have agreed that they are better off living separately, according to the news.

A high-asset divorce like this one could be emotionally and financially draining, especially since there is no prenuptial agreement in place. If you're planning on getting married or are going to be divorcing and have many assets, you may want to consider a prenuptial agreement or help with your high-asset divorce. In the end, it's important to be educated enough to protect your assets.
